Sales and delivery terms for ordering at www.ramsign.com
Prices
All prices are stated at Ramsign's website and are valid for delivery world wide. The prices are recommended retail prices in $ (USD) including VAT. The VAT will be deducted from sales to registered companies (with their VAT number notified to us) outside Denmark, but within the EU. Ramsign cannot be held responsible for type errors or price changes.
Order Confirmation and Proof Sheet
Within 24 hours an order confirmation containing information about product, price and delivery time is sent to you via e-mail. When you order name plaques or other tailor made signs, one or several proof sheets will be attached to the order confirmation. Changes to the proof(s) must be notified to Ramsign as soon as possible, within 8 days.
Payment
All goods must be paid prior to dispatch by credit card payment via Paypal. Within 24 hours after you have completed your order you will receive an order confirmation and a Paypal Money Request from us. You simply follow the steps indicated in this request, and the transaction will completed within minutes. Paypal is the safe and easy way to pay with any major credit card. We accept all major credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, EC, JCB and Emerican Express. It is free for you to use Paypal. It is not necessary to establish a Paypal account to make the payment. In order to avoid delay in the delivery, the payment must be received by Ramsign within 8 days of receiving your order. We therefore kindly urge you to proceed with the payment without delay.
Delivery and Delivery Time
The goods are delivered to the delivery address free of freight charge. Goods are normally shipped together via mail. If you are ordering goods with different delivery times, then please note the latest delivery time. As the goods are shipped directly from our factory as well as from our warehouses in Europe, partial deliveries do occur. The dispatch time is stated on Ramsign's website.The dispatch time varies depending of the product type. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days.
Orders which must be manufactured are usually dispatched within 4 weeks. If the dispatch time is 4 weeks or longer, the delivery time will be stated on your order confirmation. Customers within EU should expect a few days transportation time. For delivery ourside EU please allow up to 14 days transportation time after dispatch, when calculating the approximate delivery date. As we have no knowledge of local shipping and traffic conditions, we are not able to guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Returns
You may return the purchased goods within 30 days after receipt. If you decide to return, the goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, and accompanied by:
A. The reason for the return
B. Your name and address
C. The bank account number to which you wish the return payment transferred
You may regret your purchase by 1) refusing to receive the goods, or by 2) returning the goods via mail to: Ramsign, Bybjergvej 14 , DK-3060 Espergarde, Denmark. You must pay for the postage. If the returned goods are received according to the above conditions, we will transfer the amount paid, excluding any shipping and handling costs charged, to your account within 8 days.
Warranty
All Ramsign products are covered by a 30-year warranty. In the rare event that your product should fail due to faulty manufacture, you may return the product to Ramsign for full compensation. We will of course cover your shipping costs in this event. In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must notify us via e-mail to: sales@ramsign.dk within 2 months of receipt. You may return the product to us, however please do ensure that it is packed safely. Ramsign reserves the right to replace the product with a similar product, instead of refunding the amount paid for the product.
Force Majeure
The fulfillment of your order is contingent upon the availability of materials. Ramsign shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for non-delivery in whole or in part caused by the occurrence of any contingency beyond the control of either Ramsign or suppliers to Ramsign including but not limited to delay in transportation, labor disruption, earthquake, fire, flooding, terrorism or any other act outside of Ramsign's reasonable control.
Legal
Agreements with Ramsign are made in English or Danish. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark applicable to agreements entered into, and to be performed entirely, within EU. The U.N. Convention on the International Sale of Goods will not apply. Any suit hereunder will be brought solely in the federal or state courts in Denmark, and the buyer hereby submits to this.
Confidential Information
Ramsign will never disclose any information submitted by you as part of an order or otherwise to any third parties. All information stored is treated with the strictest confidentiality in mind. We do not process, store or disclose any of your payment card information as this information is known only to Paypal, in confidentiality, at the time of the transaction. The payment transaction is a closed SSL secured (encrypted) connection between you and Paypal directly. Ramsign has no access to this information. For more please visit Paypal.
